We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase, but only if you have not generated any audio content on your current subscription plan. If you are having any issues with our service, we encourage you to reach out through our support ticketing system first - we are here to help and can often resolve problems quickly!

However, you can always cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Any remaining time on your current subscription will still be available to use.

ComprendoAI is built on the principle of comprehensible input - a scientifically proven method for language acquisition. Unlike traditional courses that focus on memorization and drills, we provide engaging, understandable content that matches your interests and level.

Audio content is available for 48 hours after generation and can be downloaded up to 2 times on any device of your choice. After 48 hours, we automatically remove the audio from our systems - we are a language learning platform, not an audio storage service.

Do not worry though - the transcripts for your generated content will always be available in your account. Just make sure to download your audio within the 48-hour window to keep it permanently.

You can easily cancel your membership at any time through your dashboard. Just click on your profile button in the top-right corner and select the billing option. A Stripe portal will pop up allowing you handle your subscription.

We wanted to learn about business, art, technology, and other specialized topics, but most available content was focused on basic everyday situations.

So we decided to build something for ourselves, combining AI technology with the proven Comprehensible Input method. After using it for several months, we saw incredible progress in our language learning journeys.

That is when we decided to turn it into a service others could benefit from.
